Terms of Use
The terms for using the CNCProLink website and Service. By using the website or the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please stop using them.
1. The Service
CNCProLink ("we") provides a service that analyses part drawings and models, proposes a manufacturing process and produces time and cost estimates from it (the "Service"). The Service is evolving and its features may change.
2. Your representations
- You are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the organisation on whose behalf you use the Service.
- You hold the rights and consents needed for any content you upload, and the information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Account and access
- Access to the Service is granted at our discretion, and we may limit or withdraw it.
- You must keep access to your account secure and may not share it with others.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the website or the Service against the law or the rights of others.
- Disrupt their operation or try to bypass their security measures.
- Copy, reverse-engineer or try to extract the methods and rules the Service is built on.
- Sell, rent or make the Service available to a third party.
- Upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Your content
The files and data you upload remain yours. You permit us to use them to provide and improve the Service. General knowledge derived from use of the Service that does not identify you or your customers belongs to us.
6. Engineering estimate
The outputs of the Service — a proposed process, times and costs — are an engineering estimate for planning and pricing. They are not an approved machining plan and not a manufacturing or commercial commitment. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of them.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The website, the Service, the software, the content, the methods and the trademarks are the exclusive property of CNCProLink. Using them grants you no rights beyond use under these terms.
8. Third-party websites
The website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of this relationship.
10. Disclaimer
The website and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that they will operate without interruption or error.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify CNCProLink, its employees and officers against any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the Service is put at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
15. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the parties, unless a separate agreement is signed.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
