Privacy Policy
How CNCProLink handles information on the website and in the Service.
1. Who we are
CNCProLink ("we") operates the website and the manufacturing-process analysis service (the "Service"). We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. Privacy questions: support@cncprolink.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company and role — when you register, contact us or request access.
- Content you upload to the Service: drawings, models and related data, and the analysis results the Service produces from them.
- Device information: IP address, browser and operating system type, and language settings.
- Activity information: actions on the website and in the Service, and usage times.
- In the free part viewer, the model is read in your browser and is not sent to us.
- A spoken question in the viewer chat goes through your browser’s own speech recognition — speech becomes text in the browser or at its vendor, and only the text you send reaches us.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service you request, manage your account and answer your enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and the Service, and to prevent misuse.
- To send updates about the Service and our products, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To enforce our terms and comply with the law.
4. Legal basis
We process information to provide the Service you request, and for our legitimate interests as described in this policy — operating, securing and improving the Service.
5. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies — for signing in, for remembering your language and for preventing abuse of the chat. There are no advertising cookies and no marketing trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service will then not work.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with:
- Technology service providers acting on our behalf — storage, processing and operations — subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
- Your organisation and its authorised users.
- Our accountants, advisers and auditors.
- Potential purchasers of or investors in the company, subject to confidentiality.
- Authorities — where the law requires, or to protect our rights, our users and third parties.
7. International transfer
Information may be stored and processed outside Israel. Such transfers are made in line with applicable data-protection laws and with recognised safeguards.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it — and afterwards as the law requires.
Drawings and models uploaded for analysis are kept encrypted for 90 days from the analysis, so the analysis can be opened again, and are then deleted. Deleting an analysis deletes them at once.
CNCProLink staff may view drawings and analyses to check and improve the engine. They are not passed to any other factory or user, and are not used in the manufacturers network.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect information. No method is completely secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to the law, you may access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information, and receive it in a portable format. We will ask for details to confirm your identity. Requests and complaints: support@cncprolink.com.
